目的探讨合并骨折的四肢动脉损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析本院2001-2007年共诊治的83例合并骨折四肢动脉损伤患者的临床资料。分别采用直接动脉修补,动脉结扎、端端吻合、自体大隐静脉移植;骨折采用内固定或外固定支架。结果全部获得随访,随访时间3个月～5年,肢体存活74例,其中66例功能恢复,骨折愈合67例,不愈合7例;截肢9例(10.8%)。结论早期诊断、及时修复损伤的血管,骨折有效的固定及骨筋膜室切开减压,是提高成功率,降低截肢率的关键。
