基层医院异位妊娠超声误诊情况分析

目的探讨基层医院超声在异位妊娠诊断中的误诊情况,以总结异位妊娠的超声特点及与其他疾病的超声鉴别要点。方法应用腹部及阴道超声相结合的方法多疑似异位妊娠患者进行检查,结合临床病史及hCG检测情况对患者进行综合诊断分析,寻找误诊原因。结果发现自2003年以来超声误诊病例112例,其中,异位妊娠误诊为其他疾病43例,非异位妊娠患者误诊为异位妊娠69例。结论异位妊娠有其自身的声像图特点,超声是临床诊断异位妊娠的重要辅助检查方法,但基层医院误诊情况时有发生,工作中应尽量避免误诊发生。
