SiC晶须、晶板增韧AlN陶瓷的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文利用现代测试技术对SICw、SiCP增韧AlN材料的力学性能、显微结构进行研究,并分析探讨了材料的增韧机理。结果表明:SiCw可有效改善材料的断裂韧性和断裂强度.其增韧机理主要为裂纹偏转和晶须拔出效应。SiCp的加入对材料的断裂韧性起到良好的促进作用,但对材料的断裂强度则有不良的作用,其增韧机理主要为裂纹偏转和分枝效应。 The mechanical properties, microstructure and toughening mechanism of the SiC Whisker and platelet Rein forced AIN composites were investigated by means of advanced analytic techniques in this paper. It is shown that the flexural toughness and srength of the composition were improved by SiC whisker and the reinforced mechanism was mainly considered to be the crack deflection and crack bridging. When SiC platelet were mixed into the SiC - AlN composition, the compostion would have the increasing tendency in flexural toughness and the tendency in fIexural strength. the toughening mechanism by SiC was mainly considered to be the crack deflection and branching.
