摘要
本文重点讨论了热处理对等离子喷涂生物活性梯度涂层结构与性能的影响。采用大气热处理和真空热处理两种工艺对喷涂后的涂层进行热处理。探讨喷涂态涂层在热处理过程中相组成、残余应力及涂层结合强度的变化规律。
t was studied that influence of heat treatment on structure and properties of bioactive gradient coatings plasma-sprayed in this paper.The coatings plasma-sprayed were treated by two techniques of atmospheric and vacuum heat treatment,and it was discussed that the change law of phase composition,residual stress and bond strength of coatings in the process of heat treatment.
