摘要
采用共沉淀—超临界流体干燥技术制备CaO-ZrO2复合氧化物超微粉体,并对其化学、结构及物理性能进行了表征。实验表明,超临界流体干燥法能很好地保留湿凝胶的空间网络状结构,有效地防止凝胶干燥过程中粒子间硬团聚现象的发生。该法制备的CaO-ZrO2复合氧化物超微粉体成分准确、均匀;粒径小、粒度分布范围窄;粒子的比表面大,活性高;而且CaO、ZrO2之间能够形成稳定的固溶体。
CaO-ZrO2 ultrafine powder was prepared by coprecipitation-supercritical fluid drying(SCFD) method and its chemical, structural and physical properties were characterized. The results show that SCFD can improve effectively the aggregation behaviour of grains during the gel drying process. The ultrafine powder obtained by this method has about 3~5nm grain size, better sphericity and monodispersibility, and high surface area. Meanwhile, stable solid solution can be formed between CaO and ZrO2.
