摘要
研究木脂素对蛋鸡生产性能及脂类代谢的影响,结果表明:添喂木酯素的蛋鸡较饲喂日粮产蛋率提高,料蛋比下降,但无显著差异;血清总胆固醇含量对照下降27.71%(P<0.01),甘油三酯降低33.16%(P<0.05),游离脂肪酸降低33.24%(P<0.05);木脂素显著降低血清T3和FT3而显著升高雌二醇水平;木脂素有降低蛋黄中胆固醇的趋势。
The effects of linseed lignan on the performance and lipids metabolism in layers.The results showed that egg production was increased and feed/egg was decreased with the addition of lignan （p 〉0.05 ）,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and free fatty acid concentration were significantly decreased by 27.71 （p〈0.01） ,33.16%（p〈0.05 ）and 33.24%（p〈0.05 ） ,respectively. Supplementation of SDG significantly decreased T3、FT3 but increased E2 concentration in serum; SDG decreased egg yolk cholesterol concentration in tendency.
