摘要
以热压Mulite/ZrO2/SiCp材料为对象,研究不同后期热处理制度对陶瓷复合材料机械加工损伤的影响,结果显示:适当的后期热处理有效地愈合因机械加工引进的材料表面/亚表面裂纹,提高材料的力学性能;对裂纹的愈合机理进行了探讨,认为在本文实验的条件下,主要有玻璃相愈合及氧化钝化裂纹两种方式;后期热处理同时消除或部分消除了机加工表面残余应力。
he influence of final heat treatment on the machining damages of ceramic composite was studied with Mullite/ZrO 2/SiCp ceramics.Results showed:the proper final heat treatment healed or blunted the surface/subsurface cracks induced by machining effectively,and improved the mechanical properties of machined materials;the healing mechanics of cracks was discussed,the cracks healing by glass phase and oxidative blunting were thought to be the main mechanics under the experimental condition;final heat treatment relieved or part relieved the machining surface residual stresses.
