摘要
以白桦种质资源240个家系的胸径、树高、材积和纤维素含量数据为依据,在采用马氏距离计算家系间距离、不加权类平均聚类法和10%的抽样比例下,研究了多次聚类随机抽样法、多次聚类优先取样法和多次聚类偏离度取样法构建的核心种质遗传参数、聚类结果和分布格局。结果表明,多次聚类优先取样法构建的核心种质最能代表原种质群体。
Stepwise clustering with random sampling strategy, stepwise clustering with preferred sampling strategy, and stepwise clustering with deviation sampling strategy were used to construct germplasm core collection of Betula platyphylla. The genetic parameters, clustering result, and distribution pattern of the three sampling methods were studied in terms of four quantitative traits of diameter at breast height, tree height, volume and cellulose content of 240 families of Betula platyphylla, by the Mahalanobis distance and the Unweighted pair-group method under 10 percent sampling proportion. Result shows that the core collection constructed by the stepwise clustering with preferred sampling strategy could not only conserve the pattern and quantity of variance of each trait, but also keep the distribution structure of Betula platyphylla germplasms.
