摘要
本文在可比条件下,采用NWF-1型内循环无梯度反应器测试了经工业反应炉考察的双峰孔分布催化剂与典型工业用Z107型催化剂的活性。结果表明,双峰孔分布催化剂在高温下使用更为有利。在800℃时,与Z107型高环催化剂相比,B-2型催化剂活性提高了28.2%,具有良好的开发应用前景。
The activity of B-2 steam reforming catalyst with double-peak pore distribution, which has been examined inindustrial reformer, and typical Z107 industrial catalyst was tested under comparable condition and in aNWF-1 type inner-recycle non-gradient reactor. Results show that the former catalyst is more advantageousat higher temperature. The activity of B-2 catalyst is 28. 2% higher than Z107 long-ring catalyst at 800℃.
