摘要
以长白山阔叶红松林地土壤为研究对象,通过室内控制水分变化,模拟研究了不同土壤干湿交替模式下土壤呼吸产生的CO2体积分数和微生物活性及群落区系的动态变化。结果表明:微生物活性随土壤含水量降低而降低,但降低程度随时间推移而逐渐减缓。随土壤水分减少,土壤真菌的数量增加,土壤细菌的数量减少。
An experiment was conducted to study the dynamic changes of CO2 concentrations, microbial activities, and community flora in soil in a broadleaved Korean pine mixed forest in Changbai Mountains under different wet/dry cycle by treating the soil samples with different gradients of water in lab. Results showed that microbial activities decreased with soil water content decreasing, but the changing range tended to be slow with time prolonging. Fungi and aetinomycetes increased, while bacteria decreased with soil water content decreasing.
