摘要
利用林间生测技术,对内蒙古白音敖包国家级自然保护区的沙地云杉[Picea mongolia(H.Q.Wu)W.D.Xu]重齿小蠹聚集信息素开展了试验分析。结果表明,在不同聚集信息素组分配比的反应试验中,Id+EM+At(20mg+20mg+2mg)的信息素组分配比诱捕效果最好;在不同聚集信息素剂量的反应试验中,最高剂量的Id+EM(200mg+200mg)诱捕效果最好;在不同类型的聚集信息素诱芯的反应试验中,开口塑料瓶式诱芯诱捕效果最好。但是,建议在种群监测和大量诱杀中使用海绵塑料袋式诱芯,信息素Id+EM+At的剂量和配比分别为20mg+20mg+2mg和1∶1∶0.1。
Field experiments were conducted to study the aggregation pheromone of the bark beetle Ips duplicatus on Picea mongolica in Baiyinaobao National Nature Reserve, Inner Mongolia by the bioassay method. Results showed that the combination of Ipsdienol (Id), E-myrcenol( EM), and Amitinol (At) at a dose of 20 mg for each component exhibited the highest trapping efficiency for the bark beetles, while Id combined with EM at a high dose (200 mg for each component) displayed the best trapping efficiency. The trapping effect of the open plastic vial lure was the best among three different dispenser types. In monitoring and mass-trapping, the optimum dose for the combination of Id, EM, and At for the dispenser of plastic bag with sponge was 20 mg for each component and the ratio was 1 : 1 : 0.1.
