松香基季铵盐双子表面活性剂的合成及分析 被引量:14

摘要 松香(酸值170.54 mgKOH/g)与环氧氯丙烷反应,合成中间产物3-松香酰氧基-2-羟丙基氯,再与四甲基乙二胺反应,制备了松香基季铵盐双子表面活性剂(GSRP);用FT-IR对产物结构进行了鉴定,并对其性能进行分析。研究结果表明:中间产物3-松香酰氧基-2-羟丙基氯的酯化率为99.18%;GSRP的合成反应条件为:摩尔比2.2∶1(n中间产物:n-四甲基乙二胺),温度85℃,时间20 h,产物得率为76.70%,纯度为96.10%;GSRP的分水时间为16 m in;临界胶束浓度为1.42×10-4mol/L,表面张力为36.69 mN/m;发泡力为200 mm,泡沫稳定性好。 Rosin -based quaternary ammonium gemini surfactant was successfully prepared from tetramethylethylenediamine reacted with 3 - rosin acyloxy - 2 - hydroxypropul chlorine, which is intermediate product from rosin (with the acid value of 170. 54 mgKOH/g) reacted with epoxy chloropropane. The reaction product and the intermediate were characterized by FT - IR in depth. Furthermore, the product surfactivity was analyzed. The results showed that: the esterification rate of the intermediate was 99. 18% , the synthesis reaction condition of the titled compound was that, the tool ratio should be 2.2:1 (n intermediate : n-tetramthylethane-1.2-dia mine ), the reaction temperature should be 85 ℃ and the reaction time should be 20 h, furnishing a yield of 76. 70% with 96. 10% purity. The result of the surface activity experiment showed that the emulsifying ability can be long to 16 rain, the CMC can be low to 1.42 × 10^ -4 mol/L and the surface tension can reach to 36. 69 mN/m. Foaming ability can reach to 200mm, the stabilization of the foam was good.
