摘要
通过对超滤膜截留相对分子质量、操作压力、料液浓度的研究,确定截留相对分子质量为4 000的膜、0.7MPa的操作压力、45g/L的料液浓度为最佳超滤条件,透过液的单宁酸含量达到93.6%;纳滤试验表明,截留相对分子质量为400的膜,其截留液的单宁酸含量达到95.9%,好于截留相对分子质量为600以及800的膜。
The optimal conditions of ultrafiltration were sought by studied on the aperture of UF membrane, operation pressure and solution concentration. The results showed that membrane of molecular weight cut - off 4000, operation pressure of 0. 7MPa, solution concentration of 45g/L. The tannic acid content of permeance solution was 93.6%. The nanofiltration experiment showed that using the membrane of molecular weight cut - off 400, the tannic acid content of cut - off solution was 95.9%. The result excelled which of membrane of molecular weight cut - off 600 and 800.
