摘要
目的研究蠲哮汤对哮喘大鼠血管内皮细胞黏附分子(ICAM-1)及白介素12(IL-12)表达的影响。方法建立由卵蛋白诱发的支气管哮喘大鼠模型;采用ELISA法检测哮喘大鼠静脉血和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中ICAM-1、IL-12的含量。结果模型组ICAM-1高表达,IL-12低表达,蠲哮汤能减少造模动物ICAM-1的表达,提高IL-12的表达。结论蠲哮汤能减少造模动物ICAM-1,提高IL-12的表达,而且随着药物剂量的减少,各分表达呈递增趋势,具有量效关系。
Objective To explore effects of Juanxiao decoction on expression of ICAM-1 and IL-12 in asthmatic rats. Methods Ovalbumin-induced asthmatic rat model was established ; venous blood and Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid were collected from asthmatic rats to measure the levels of ICAM-1 and IL-12 with ELISA. Results Higher expression of ICAM-1 and lower expression of IL-12 were found in model group. Conclusion Juanxiao decoction decreased expression of ICAM-1 and increased expression of IL-12 in model rats, and dose-effect relationship between the Juanxiao decoction and model rats was showed.
