摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定补心颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25:75)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为325nm。结果阿魏酸在0.119～1.071μg范围内有良好的线性关系,回收率为98.14%,RSD为1.17%(n=6)。结论方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于补心颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective To develop RP-HPLC method for the assay of Ferulic acid in Buxin Granule. Methods The mobile phase consist of aeetonitrile-0. 1% H3 PO4 （255 ： 75 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection was set at 325nm. Results Ferulic acid had a good linear in the range of 0. 119 - 1. 071 p.g. The average recovery of Ferulic acid was 98. 14% with RSD 1.17% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to the content determination of Buxin Granule.
