枕部伤脑震荡临床观察

Clinical observe of the cerebral concussion by injury in occipital

目的试图了解枕部脑震荡与其他部伤脑震荡的临床诊疗差别。方法选取32例枕部或额部对冲脑震荡患者作为病例组,另外随机抽取32例其他部位伤脑震荡患者作为对照组,记录两组患者的临床症状轻重及治疗时间,并进行比较分析。结果枕部伤或额部对冲伤脑震荡伤者临床症状较多,疗效进展明显缓慢,临床治疗及恢复工作时间延长,轻度颅脑损伤综合征明显持久。结论同其他部位脑震荡伤者比较,枕部伤或额部对冲伤脑震荡伤者治疗及恢复时间较长。

Objective Trying to understand the difference of clinical curative effects between occipital brain concussion and brain concussion on other head parts. Methods Randomly choose 32 patients of occipital or forehead contrecoup brain concussion as a ease group, and random 32 patients of brain concussion on other head parts as a control group. Record the severity of clinical symptoms and the treatment time of the two groups, then compare and analysis the results. Results The patients of occipkal or forehead brain concussion have more clinical symptoms, the curative effects progress more slowly, and they have longer period of restoration, mild trau- matic brain injury syndrome maintain longer. Conclusion Compared to the brain concussion on other body parts, occipital or forehead brain concussion has longer treatment and recovery period.
