摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定祛风通痹胶囊中士的宁的含量。方法选用C18色谱柱;流动相:正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-三乙胺(47.5∶47.5∶5∶0.4);检测波长:280nm。结果本方法的回收率为97.76%,RSD=1.75%(n=6)。结论HPLC法准确,重现性好,可用于祛风通痹胶囊的质量标准。
Objective A HPLC method was developed for the contents determination of strychnine in qufentongbi capsules. Methods The C18 column was used with a mobile phase was n-hexane-dichloromethanemethanol-Triethylamine （47.5 ： 47. 5 ： 5 ： 0. 4 ）. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The average recovery was 97. 76%, RSD = 1.75 % （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method was accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of qufengtongbi capsules.
