摘要
目的探讨幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)临床特点及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析48例JIA患儿的临床体征及症状,实验室和X线,MRI的结果。结果全身型部分对NSAID治疗有效,无效者加用激素治疗,效果较好。多关节型或少关节型治疗以NSAID及MTX联合应用效果较好。结论联合用药并个性化治疗,对JIA的治疗效果好。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and therapeutic effect of juvenile idiopathic arthritis（JIR）. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical sign and symptom, the results of laboratory, x-ray and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in 48 children with juvenile idiopathic. Results There were partial effects of NASID treatment for systemic arthritis of JIR. If fail to respond to NASID treatment, it can improvement to add corticosteroid. The effect is better with NSAID combining MTX for polyarthritis and oligoarthritis. Conclusion The effects were better for JIR treatment with combining employment drug and individualization.
