摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量。方法采用依利特C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长318nm,柱温为30℃。结果甲硝唑在0.025~0.150mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.67%,RSD为0.33%。结论该方法准确、可靠,与标准法比较,结果较为满意,可用于人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量测定。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of metronidazole in galculus bovis and metronidazole capsules. Methods Elite C18 column was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water (20: 80) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 318nm and the temperature of column was 30℃. Results The calibration curve of metronidazole was linear in the range of 0. 025 - 0. 150 mg/ml,r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 100. 67%, RSD = 0. 33% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is accurate, realiable and can be used for determination of metronidazole in galeulus bovis and metronidazole capsules.
