98例糖尿病患者系统健康教育效果观察

目的探讨系统健康教育对糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法对98例糖尿病患者进行系统健康教育,制定教育计划,健康宣教评价其效果并用于自我护理。结果空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖健康教育前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统健康教育可提高住院糖尿病患者治疗效果,并且提高了患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence about system health education on diabetic treatment result. Methods Carries on the system health education to 98 example diabetic, formulation education program, healthy propaganda, appraises its effect and uses in self-nursing. Results The fasting blood glucose and meal around the latter 2 hours blood glucose health education is quite even has statistics significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The system health education enhance diabetic treatment result in hospital, and enhanced the patient and the family member to the degree of satisfaction.
