免洗消毒液对ICU医护人员手上携带细菌的消除作用

The role of hand Disinfection-Solution on hand Disinfection in an Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨健之素免洗手消毒液对ICU医护人员手上常见细菌的清除作用。方法①对40人次ICU医护人员手上细菌进行分型和计数;②分别采用健之素免洗消毒液消毒洗手30s后,自然晾干30s、1min、2min、3min、4min、5min,观察细菌计数的变化;③采用六步洗手法和非六步洗手法洗手30s,晾干30s,观察手上细菌菌落计数。结果①ICU医护人员手上常见细菌分别为葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌等;②健之素免洗消毒液消毒洗手30s后,自然晾干30s、1min、2min、3min、4min、5min后,细菌菌落计数分别为(2.7±0.4)cfu/cm2、(1.8±0.7)cfu/cm2、(1.5±0.6)cfu/cm2、(0.9±0.4)cfu/cm2、(0.8±0.2)cfu/cm2、(0.8±0.4)cfu/cm2;③六步洗手法和非六步洗手法,细菌菌落计数分别为(2.7±0.4)cfu/cm2和(9.4±3.2)cfu/cm2,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论ICU手上常见细菌以葡萄球菌等较为常见,采用六步洗手法,健之素免洗手消毒液洗手1min以上即可有效消除手上细菌。

Objective To explore the role of jianzhisu hand Disinfection-Solution on the hand bacterium elimination in Intensive Care Unit. Methods The bacterium on the hand were taken count of and classed in 40 physician and nurses of Intensive Care Unit, and the hand bacterium counts were recorded at 0. 5,1,2,3,4, 5 minutes after washing hand 30 second with jianzhisu hand Disinfection Solution. Results The frequent isolates bacterium on hand were Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis Var niger. The numbers of bacterium were （ 2.7 ± 0.4 ） cfu/cm^2, （ 1.8 ± 0.7 ） cfu/cm^2, （ 1.5 ± 0. 6 ） cfu/cm^2, （ 0. 9 ± 0.4 ） cfu/cm^2, （ 0. 8 ± 0. 2 ） cfu/ cm^2, （0. 8 ±0. 4） cfu/cm^2 at 0. 5,1,2,3,4,5 minutes after washing hand 30 second with jianzhisu hand Disinfection Solution, the numbers of bacterium on hand were decreased sharply after 0. 5 minutes. Conclusion The most frequent isolates bacterium on hand were Staphylococcus aureus, and washing hand with the jianzhisu hand Disinfection Solution beyond 1 minutes could eliminate the bacterium on the hand effectively.
