摘要
目的:对紫葳科Bignoniaceae角蒿属植物红波罗花Incarvillea delavayi的化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱方法进行分离 应用NMR和MS等波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从红波罗花醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个化合物,结构分别鉴定为leucoseceptoside A(1),角胡麻苷(2),棘木苷(3),edgeworthin(4),1,2,4-三甲氧基苯(5),原儿茶酸(6),异香草醛(7)。结论:化合物3,4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~2,5~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate chemical constituents from acetyl acetate extract fraction of Incarvillea delavayi. Meth- od: The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic techniques with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semipreparative HPLC. The structures of those compounds were identified by NMR and MS, Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the EtOAC extract of L delavayi and their structures were identified as leucoseceptoside A ( 1), martynoside ( 2), cornoside ( 3), edgeworthin (4), 1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene (5), protocatechuic acid (6) and 3-hydroxy-p-anisaldehyde (7), respectively. Compounds 1-2 were phenylpropanoid glycosides. Conclusion: Compounds 3, 4 were obtained from the genus lncarvillea for the first time. Compounds 1-2, 5-7 were first isolated from this plant.
