聚丙烯(PP)塑料注射模具点浇口大小的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文利用浇口可以更换的阿基米德螺旋线模具,研究了PP塑料的螺旋线流动长度和浇口直径的关系;利用现有的公式研究了影响螺旋线长度的因素粘度、温度和浇口的压力降随浇口直径的改变而变化的情况;最后得出了适合于PP塑料的浇口直径的选取范围. Using Achimedean spiral mold with changeable gate, the relation between gate diameter and PP spiral lengths is studied. Based on presented formulas, the change situations of viscosity, temperature and pressure drop, versus the change of gate diameter are discussed. The suitable range of gate diameter fiting for PP is summarized.
