危机视角下文化产业科学发展研究:基于国际比较视角

Study of Scientific Development of Cultural Industry in the Context of Crisis from the International Comparative Perspective

全球性金融危机还在扩散,各经济体无一例外的放缓了增长速度。文化产业在各国国民经济中的地位越来越重要,从国际经验看,每次危机似乎为文化产业的发展带来的机遇大于挑战。文化产业在危机时期的跨越式发展总能给国家经济注入新的发展力量。本文主要通过借鉴美国和韩国在危机时期发展文化产业的经验,分析了我国当前文化产业的现状,在经济不景气的特殊阶段发展文化产业必要性和可行性。最后,提出了繁荣我国文化产业的主要措施,若措施得当,我国文化产业可以在此次金融危机中崛起,成为经济发展新的增长点。

The global financial crisis is aggravating and all economic entities have slowed down their growth. Cuhuml industry has occupied an important position in all the national economies. Past experience shows that each crisis brings more opportunities than ehallenges to cultural industry. Its leaping development can always inject new strength to national economy. This paper makes an analysis of the current situation of China＇s cultural industry by referring to the American and Korean experience in developing cultural industry during the period of crisis as well as the necessity and feasibility for the development of euhural industry. Some measures are proposed to enhance cuhuml industry and if they are properly reinforced, China＇s cultural industry will rise against the financial crisis and become new points of economic growth.
