摘要
针对防锈铝合金LF21材料,采用Ф4mm整体硬质合金立铣刀,在主轴转速为8~40kr/min、每齿进给量为0.03~0.07mm、背吃刀量为0.5~2.5mm范围内进行单因素和多因素的高速铣削加工试验,研究了切削参数的变化对铣削力的影响规律和原因。应用相关系数确定了切削参数对各切削分力的影响程度,指出了精密加工薄壁、超薄腹板等弱刚度特征结构时切削参数选择的一般原则。
Using 4mm diameter straight end mill H10F,uncoated carbide tool,the effect of cutting parameters on milling force was analyzed by the one--way and multi--way experiments of milling forces in high speed machining of LF21 which were carried out with spindle speeds from 8 to 40kr/min,feed per tooth from 0. 03 to 0.07mm and depth of cut from 0. 5 to 2. 5mm. The correlation coefficient was used to analyze the effect of cutting parameters on component force (Fx ,Fy, Fx). The approach for machining weak rigidity workpieces was presented.
