摘要
根据电动汽车轮毂电动机驱动实际,提出一种基于滑模变结构的系统检测、控制解决方案。以较低的硬件成本改进转矩电流采样方法,提高了转矩检测精度。设计变结构控制器,并进行鲁棒性证明与换相转矩脉动抑制分析。对控制方案进行仿真验证,并在自建的样机上进行实验研究。实验结果表明,该方案可行有效,适用于电动汽车轮毂电机驱动。
A system solution of detection and control based on sliding mode variable structure was proposed, according to the actual driving of electric vehicles. The torque current sampling method was modified by using low cost hardware to improve the accuracy of detection. Torque ripple suppression analysis and the proof on robustness of variable structure controller were conducted. Simulation and experimental research verified the proposed control scheme in self--built prototype. Experimental results show that the designed scheme is feasible and effective for the wheel hub motor driving of electric vehicles.
