摘要
全面地研究了GPS-TBT体系溶胶合成中组分、酸、碱、加水量、温度、溶液浓度对聚钛硅氧烷(PTS)溶胶-凝胶转相的影响,得到了PTS溶胶临界转相的组分间关系图.通过IR分析和DTA热分析,证实了合成溶胶中组分、加水量、溶胶的pH值影响着干凝胶的聚合物网络结构;在260℃附近PTS干凝胶中存在聚合反应的实质是未水解烷氧基和羟基间的反应.
The effects of the composition,acid_base catalysts,amount of water,temperature and the concentration of solution in the sol synthesis of GPS-TBT system on the phase change of the polytitanosiloxane sol-gel were investigated. The critical phase change diagram which presents the relationship among the compositions of the PTS sol was obtained.The IR and DTA analysis results prove that the network structure of the PTS xerogel depends on the composition,amount of the water and pH value of the sol solution. Based on these data,the character of the polymerzation of the PTS xerogel at 260℃ is the reaction between the unhydrolytic alkoxide groups and hydroxyl groups.
