摘要
讨论了大庆石油化工总厂研制开发的高强度、耐撕裂薄膜高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂4FO.06AC的加工技术和工艺参数。试验发现:为保证合适的薄膜纵向撕裂强度和横向撕裂强度,应在高牵引速度、大吹胀比和高起霜线的条件下进行该树脂的加工。
This paper discussed the processing technology of the HDPE resin 4F0.06AC grade developed by Daqing Petrochemical Complex, which could be used for producing films with the high strength and tear resistance. The processing parameters were summarized on the basis of a large number of tests. It was pointed out that the resin should be processed in high towing speed, high B. U. R and high frost - line in order to make the films have proper longitudinal tear strength ( MD) and horizontal tear strength (TD).
