摘要
根据高效载体催化剂的聚合机理,结合生产情况,分别从Montell公司聚丙烯工艺Z 203工艺段中催化剂的停留时间、浓度和温度等因素,分析了造成Z 203工艺段堵塞的工艺和设备方面的原因,分析了专利商对该工艺的改进成果,并提出改造方案。
The failure analysis was made for the blockages occurred in Z203 section in the Montell PP process on the basis of examining the effective factors respectively such as residence time and concentration of the catalyst and temperature in the section under commercial operation, aimed at finding the failure causes attributed to the process and/or equipment. The innovation proposal was presented in this paper for the sake of eliminating the blockages in the Z 203 section.
