摘要
银耳样品经硝酸.过氧化氢(7+2)混合溶液微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定银耳中铁、锰、铜和锌的含量。选择波长为238.204,257.610,324.752,206.200nm的4条谱线依次作为测定铁、锰、铜和锌的分析线。铁、锰、铜和锌的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.4%~2.3%之间,检出限(35)均小于0.015mg·L^-1。应用此法测定银耳样品中4种元素的含量,加标回收率在89.6%~97.3%之间,与原子吸收光谱法相比,两种方法所得结果相一致。
The tremella sample was digested with mixed solution of HNO3-H2O2 (7+2) by microwave sample digestion system and the contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in sample solution were determined by ICP-AES. Wavelengths of 238. 204, 257. 610, 324. 752 and 206. 200 nm were selected as analytical spectral lines for determination of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn respectively. Values of RSD's (n=5) of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were in the range of 1.4%-2. 3%, and detection limits (3s) found were less than 0. 015 mg· L^-1. The proposed method was used in the determination of the 4 elements in tremella, giving values of recovery in the range of 89. 6%-97. 3% . The results obtained was in conformity with those obtained by AAS.
