摘要
文中介绍了X射线荧光光谱(XRFS)分析中无标样分析技术的产生和发展,特别是对相关软件的开发及其分析步骤和工作原理作了说明。通过几个矿产品实样分析的例举,证明了这一技术在出入境商品检验领域中的应用及其前瞻。
An introduction on the emergence and development of the technique of without using standard samples in XRFS analysis, especially on the related soft wares, analytical procedure and working principle, was given, and analysis of several substantial samples of ores and minerals was exampled to show the application and prospect of this technique in the field of inspection of commodities in exits and entrances.
