摘要
针对气雾剂产品检测存在非自动化、精度低、危险性大等问题,研制了基于气雾剂点燃时产生光热原理的气雾剂点火距离检测仪。该仪器采用热电偶测温系统和复合式红外紫外火焰探测系统相结合,实现气雾剂的燃烧检测。通过光栅尺和高精度直线运动导轨实现点火源的准确定位,并由麦克风侦听反馈气雾剂喷出信息及彩屏液晶动态显示测试过程。该设计的自动按压、翻转等机构使气雾剂检测由人工向自动化转变。
Aiming at the problems in testing the products of aerosol, e. g. , low accuracy, low-level in automation, and dangerous nature, the igniting distance tester has been developed based on the principle of producing light and heat while aerosol is igniting. In the instrument, the thermocouple temperature measuring system and compound infrared uhraviolet flame detecting system are combined to realize combustion detection of aerosol. The precise positioning of igniting source is implementing through grating scale and high precision linear motion guide. The aerosol jetting information is intercepted by microphone and the test process is dynamically displayed on color LCD. The designed mechanisms of auto press and turnover make the detection changing from manually to automatically.
