摘要
采用超声波辅助溶液共混的方式制备聚乙烯醇/多壁碳纳米管(PVA/MWNT)复合材料,采用红外光谱分析(FTIR)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的结构及微观形态进行了表征,对复合材料的物理机械性能及导电性能进行了测试。结果表明:PVA与MWNT之间在共混膜中有一定的相互作用,采用溶液混合并用超声辅助分散的方法可使MWNT在PVA基体中分散良好,在MWNT含量较低的情况下就可以获得导电性能及物理机械性能良好的复合材料。
The PVA/MWNT blends were prepared by solution-mixing method assisted by high-energy sonication. IR, DSC and SEM had been applied to research the film. Electrical properties and mechanical properties of the film had been tested. As a result, there was some interaction between PVA and MWNTs. That solution method would make MWNTS well dispersed in the PVA matrix and the obtained materials had good electrical properties and nice mechanical properties.
