摘要
知识流动的过程同时也是企业技术核心能力提升的过程。结合知识流动网络结构模型,分析了企业内部知识网络构成,阐述了企业内部网络知识流动的特征。从结点和子网两层次分析了知识流动行为的微观机理:结点间的知识流动使知识得以在网络中共享和扩散,结点与子网间知识的循环流动形成子网知识增量,子网间的知识流动最终提升企业的技术核心能力。企业内部知识网络知识流动行为主要受知识主体、知识受体、知识距离三方面因素的影响。
The process of knowledge flow is the process of improving enterprise technology core competence. Combined the model of knowledge flow network structure, the paper analyzed the structure of enterprise internal knowledge network and described the characteristics of knowledge flow in enterprise internal network. We also analyzed the micro - mechanism of knowledge flow behavior from two levels for nodes and subnets： knowledge flow between nodes made knowledge shared and diffused in the network; cycled knowledge flow between nodes and subnets made knowledge increased in the subnets; knowledge flow between subnets made enterprise technology core competence improved finally. Considered that enterprise internal knowledge flow behavior is impacted mainly by three types of factors, which categories of the subject of knowledge flow, the object of knowledge flow and the environment of knowledge flow.
