科技企业孵化器评价指标体系的研究

科技企业孵化器的建设是推动科技成果到产业化的关键环节,为了适应科技企业孵化器快速发展壮大的需要,建立一个科学、规范和制度化的评价指标体系是十分必要的。运用信息熵筛选出24个有效的指标,采用层次分析法对调查数据进行处理,得到每个指标的权重,结果显示,员工素质结构、优惠政策落实比例、中介机构数量等指标对孵化器的影响程度较大。

The building of Tech business incubator is a key link to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. In order to adapt the needs of fast - tech business incubator development, the establishment of a scientific, standardized and institutionalized evaluation index system is very necessary. In this paper, information entropy was used to deal with the data, and 24 effective indicators were selected. Then, the survey data were processed by AHP and the weight of each indicator was got. The result shows that the quality of the staff structure, implement preferential policies for the ratio and the number of agency organizations have a great impact on indicators.
