Historical Review and Thinking of China-EU Relations since the Founding of the People's Republic of China

新中国成立六十年来,中欧关系经历了尝试接触、初步发展、起伏发展、稳步发展和成熟发展五个时期,逐渐形成了基于广泛共同利益的全面战略伙伴关系,中欧之间既有合作与共识,也存在着摩擦和分歧。中欧关系的发展历程呈现出务实性和长远性、经贸合作动力、政治关系的增进与巩固保障、价值观和意识形态差异影响、欧盟新成员国成为新兴变量、美国外部因素等诸多特点,也给我们留下了许多深刻的思考与启示。

Since the People＇s Republic of China was founded 60 years ago, China - EU relationship has experienced five periods, including contact, preliminary development, unbalanced development, steady development and mature development. Now China - EU relationship has gradually become a comprehensive strategic partnership based on wide common interests, although there are not only cooperation and consensus, but also conflict and divergence. Pragmatic and long- term character, the dynamics of economic and trade cooperation, strengthen and maintenance of political relationship, the differences of values and ideology, EU new member states becoming rising variables, US as the exterior factor, which are characteristics taken on the development of China- EU relationship, inspire several thinking and enlightenment for us.
