摘要
探讨了纺丝组件刚玉过滤板对尼龙66纺丝的影响。试验表明:刚玉过滤板机械强度高、刚性大、耐高温、耐腐蚀,能够满足纺丝熔体高温高压纺丝工艺的要求。刚玉过滤板孔隙呈三维网状结构,过滤效果好,改善了熔体的可纺性,纤维质量得到提高。
The effect of spinning pack of corundum filter plate on spinning for Nylon 66 was studied. The experimental results show that the corundum filter plate which has high mechanical strength, rigidity, high thermal resistance and corrossion stability meets the requirments of high temperature and high pressure melt spinning. Being three dimensional net shaped microporous structure, the corundum filter plate comes to good filteration result and improves the melt spinnability and the fibers quality.
