摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)为主要原料,通过加入5%~30%(对DMT的摩尔百分比)第三组分共聚制备非结晶成纤改性聚酯切片。结果表明,通过共聚改性,切片结晶度降低以至不产生结晶。该改性聚酯切片在高速纺丝设备下具有良好的可纺性,纤维织物染色性能明显改善,可在常温常压下用分散染料染深色,收缩率显著提高,手感好。
The title modified copolyester fiber was prepared from DMT,EG and a third monomer shared 5% ̄30%. The results showed that the crystallinity of chips was too low to generate crystals after copolymerization and modification. The modified polyester chips exhibited fine spinnability even during high speed spinning. Moreover, dyeing property of the fabrics was improved apparently. It could be deep boiled and be dyed at atomospheric pressure with disperse dyes. The resulting fiber showed high shrinkage and excellent handle.
