摘要
分析了喷丝孔孔形、纺丝温度、冷却成形条件、拉伸倍数对圆中空涤纶中空度的影响,并结合中空纤维其它质量指标,采取熔体温度280℃,风速0.55m/s,风温24℃,泵供量288g/min,拉伸倍数4.35的工艺条件,可生产出中空度约为22%的圆中空涤纶。
The influence of spinneret hole shape, spinning temperature, cold set conditions, draw ratio on hollowness of round hollow polyester fibers was analyzed. Based on other quality index, round hollow PET fiber with hollowness 22% was prepared under the optimum process conditions of melt temperature 280℃, cross air blow speed 0 55 m/s and air temperature 24℃, pump delivery 288 g/min and draw ratio 4 35.
