干法腈纶聚合物性能指标相互关系的研究

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG THE PROPERTIES OF DRY SPUN PAN FIBERS

基于聚合反应条件，利用端基分析，建立了干法腈纶聚合物的游离酸（ＦＡ）、端基滴定度（ＥＧＴ）、相对分子质量（Ｍｎ）等主要性能指标的定量关系式。依据其关系式，分析了不同化工原料对聚合物分子链上的硫的贡献，确定了生产中稳定控制硫的重点。

Based on the polymerization conditions and group analysis, the quantative formulas about the properties of the dry spun PAN fibers, free acid(FA), end group titration(EGT), relative molecular weight( n) etc. were established. According to the formulas, the effect of different chemical materials on sulphur in polymer molecular chain was analyzed. The important stage of stably controling sulphur was discussed.
