The demands of disaster medical rescue are characterized by heavy tasks of medical aid, difficulties of epidemic prevention and timeliness of psychological intervention. According to these characteristics, the author discussed the modular building of mobile medical service detachment to cope with disasters medical rescue effectively. The author put forward the standard of organizations module, equipment module and drug module of disaster rescue. Other ideas were provided, such as modular assembling to implement medical aid in phases, carrying out epidemic prevention by characteristics of the region and implementing psychological intervention directed against different population.
