摘要
人才库建设有利于将优秀人才纳入组织视野,有利于集中资源对优秀人才进行重点培养,将优秀拔尖人才推荐到重要岗位进行合理使用。学校自2005年起,围绕人才的选拔、培养、考核和流动,建立"5511"人才库,并出台了一整套目标、运作及保障机制。通过3年的运行,在人才的发掘、培养、推荐和使用等方面发挥了积极作用。本文根据人才库建设的实践,对人才库建设中的3个主要环节进行了分析,并就需要重点把握的问题进行了探讨。
The construction of talent bank is an effective measure to charge talented people, focus on training and recommend the top -notch personnel in key positions. Since 2005. The"5511" talent bank project was applied by the university in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development view. Project "5511 " focuses on personnel selection, training, assessment and mobility, which can also provide a set of objectives, operation and security mechanism. During 3 years operation, talent bank project has played an active role in talents exploring, training, recommendation and employment. Focusing on our experience of talent bank construction, three major aspects were analyzed of the project to probe into key issues.
