摘要
目的:通过了解疗养院管理人员培训现状以及对培训需求进行评估,为疗养院管理人员培训提供有力依据;方法:对98名管理者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行相应分析。结果:管理人员对培训的意愿较高,但目前的培训从方式、效果等方面还存在较多问题。同时,通过需求评估发现管理人员对培训的内容、方法、材料等方面具有自身的特点。结论:从开拓思路、转变观念入手,加强管理人员有针对性的培训;从培训方式、课程内容、管理人员对培训的需求入手,提高培训效果。
Objective: To comprehend the current situation on the training of managers in sanitarium and access the training demand. So as to provide evidence for the training of managers in sanitarium. Methods: The questionnaire was processed in 98 managers, and the results were analyzed. Results: The training aspiration of managers are higher. Some problems are also existed in actual training mode and effect. Meanwhile, managers have their characteristic in training content, method and materials. Conclusion: From the aspects of thought exploitation and conception conversion, the individual training should be enhanced. The training effect should be improved starting from training mode, course content and managers demand on training.
