摘要
对于水质为高碱高硬的循环冷却水补水,作者新研制了一种水处理配方JS—101,其动态模拟试验评定极限污垢热阻为287×10-5m2·h·℃/KJ,平均腐蚀速度为0036mm/a,现场应用时循环冷却水中[Ca2++碱度]可稳定在1050mg/L以上,JS—101配方具有很好的阻垢和缓蚀性能,使换热器能够满足生产的需要。
A new water treatment prescription,JS-101,is prepared for the supplemental water of the circulating cooling water with high basicity and hardness. After the dynamic simulation test through using the new prescription ,the limit heat resistance of dirt is 2.87×10 -5 m 2h℃/kJ, the average corrosive rate is 0.036 mm/a, the practicing, the (Ca 2+ +basicity) in the circulating cooling water is bigger than 1 050 mg/L. The capacity of the heat exchangers meet the requirement of production.
