扑草胺的气相色谱分析

Analysis of Propisochlor by Gas Chromatography

本文采用气相色谱法分析扑草胺的含量，选用ＳＥ－３０固定液，ＣｈｒｏｍｓｏｒｂＷ－ＡＷＤＭＣＳ（６０～８０目）为担体制备色谱柱，以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物。本方法的标准偏差为０２０，变异系数为０２８％，扑草胺的回收率在９９５～１００２％之间。

Propisochlor was analyzed by GC on 5% SE-30/chromsorb W-AW DMCS column using di-n-amyl phthalate as internal standard.The standard deviation was 0.20 and the coefficent of variation was 0.28%.The recovery was 99.5～100.2% .
