煤矿井下湿式混凝土喷射机技术的研究与应用

Research and Application of Wet Shotcreting Machine in Underground Mine

基于国内外煤矿喷射混凝土支护技术现状,研发了PS4 J型煤矿井下湿式喷射机组以及成套工艺。阐述了其设计方案、工作原理和应用情况,并与相关技术进行了对比分析。实践证明,湿式喷射机组的使用能很好地降低煤矿井下喷射混凝土时的粉尘浓度。

Base on the present status of the mine shotcrete support technology at home and abroad, the paper had a research on the mine wet shotcreting machine and the completed technology for underground mine. The paper stated the design plan, working principle and ap- plications. The paper had a comparison analysis with other related technologies. The practices showed that the application of wet shotcret- ing machine could be well to reduce the dust density during the shotcreting operation in the underground mine.
