摘要 为了改善现有注浆材料存在的缺陷,初步确定复合浆液成分后,利用正交试验研究分析了不同配比下复合浆液的物理力学性能,试验结果表明:水固比为0.8∶1的复合浆液综合性能最优。由于掺入粉煤灰可以有效降低注浆浆液的成本,所以选取质量比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶黏土∶生石灰∶硫酸钠∶水=1∶0.45∶0.20∶0.05∶0.07∶1.32的浆液为优化复合浆液。在实验室分别配制了水灰比为0.8∶1的纯水泥浆液和优化复合浆液对破碎煤体进行固化,测定了不同龄期固结体的无侧限抗压强度,试验结果显示:2种浆液对破碎煤体的加固强度相差不大,说明优化复合浆液加固效果良好。 In order to improve the disadvantages of the available grouting material, after the preliminarily set up the complex grout con- tents, the normal test research was applied to analyze the physical mechanics performances of the complex grout under the different mixing ratio. The test results showed that the complex grout with a water and solid rate of 0. 8:1 could be excellent in the comprehensive perform- ances. Due to the large quantity of fly ash added could effectively reduce the cost of the grouting slurry, the grouting slurry with a quality and quantity ratio of the cement, fly ash, clay, quicklime and sodium sulfate with the water content as 1: 0. 45: 0. 20: 0. 05: 0. 07:1.32 individually would be the optimized grout slurry. The cement grout with a water and cement ratio of 0. 8:1 and the optimized complex grout prepared individually in the lab were applied to consolidate the broken coal mass. The unconfined compressive strengths of the different age consolidated masses were measured. The test results showed that beth two grouts would have no big difference in the reinforced strength of the broken coal mass and the complex grout could have good reinforced results.
