摘要
为了解决目前煤矿井下灾害发生后,井下原有的监控通信系统被破坏,受灾情况无法以视频图像的方式实时传到地面的问题,探讨了本质安全红外摄像仪设计原则,设计出一种小巧轻便,具有"四防"功能,由救护队员随身携带的本质安全型红外摄像仪。设计中主要采用先进快速关断保护电路,同时采用减小储能原件、限制火花能量等手段,以达到本质安全型的目的。通过现场应用,本安型红外摄像仪能将受灾情况进行客观反映,为专家提供可靠的现场信息资料,对制定科学的救灾方案起着重要的作用,同时也是数字矿山新技术的重要组成部分。
In order to solve the no video picture on time transmission issue to the surface with the disaster conditions after a mine disaster occurred due to the previous monitoring, control and communication systems failed, the paper discussed the design principle of the intrin- sic safe infrared camera. A small portable intrinsic safe infrared camera with the "four proof" functions was designed for the mine rescue personnelly. During the design procedure, the advanced rapid turn off protective circuit was mainly applied including the small energy consumption elements, the electric spark energy control and other means applied in order to have the intrinsic safe target. With the site applications, the intrinsic infrared camera could objectively reflect the disaster conditions, which could provide the reliable site information to the experts and have the important function to set up the scientific rescue plan. The camera could be an important part of the mine digital technology.
