介绍香港建筑市场土木工程保险的特点,分析研究了工程保险中应特别注意的问题,阐述了选择保险公司的原则,对中资建筑企业在港实施工程项目进行有效的风险转移具有较好的指导作用。
This paper introduces the characteristics of insurance of civil engineering construction project in Hong Kong, analyzes and studies the relative points worth much concern, and elaborates principles of deciding right insurance company. It gives good instructions to Chinese companies, currently undertaking construction projects in Hong Kong to effectively transfer risk.
