摘要
短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)传统上是指由于缺血和缺氧,短暂的脑功能障碍持续时间不到24h,不遗留任何神经功能缺损。近年来,影像学技术的发展使人们对TIA有了新的认识。文章对MRI,特别是弥散加权成像在TIA诊断和预后判断方面的作用进行了综述。
Transient ischemic attack (TIA) traditionally refers to temporary brain dysfunction lasting no longer than 24 hours due to a shortage of blood and oxygen, without any residual neurological deficit. In recent years, the development of imaging technology enables us to have a new awareness about TIA. This article reviews the effects of MRI, especially diffusionweighted imaging, in the diagnosis and prognostic prediction of TIA.
